I have been running long distance for 3 years now (since I recovered from a slip disc in my lower back). I want to start competing in Body Building Fitness competitions!!! I love running marathons and Im definitely passionate about having a happy healthy body. My first ultra distance was Dec. 3rd, 2011. I love cross training (weightlifting, yoga, swimming, dance, etc). I have big lifelong career goals and running helps me keep a clear mind.
